As one of the summit’s lecturers, he highlighted how PAGTANAW 2050, the country’s long-term science, technology, and innovation (ST&I) foresight plan, underscores the vital role of ST&I and strategic foresight in strengthening the Philippines’ national security, resilience, and sovereignty amid an increasingly complex global landscape.
